The goals of the outpatient substance abuse service program are: (1) for an abusing and/or dependent person, the promotion and maintenance of abstinence from alcohol and other mood-altering drugs and substances except those prescribed by a physician, physician's assistant, or nurse practitioner; (2) the improvement of functioning and development of coping skills necessary so that the patient can be treated in the least intensive environment; and (3) the development of individualized treatment plans and (4) provide clinical support services to collaterals effected by another's use of alcohol and/or mood-altering drugs and substances.

Services are available to both adults and children and youth.

Services include the following:

  • Comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment, Level of Care Determination
  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Counseling
  • Education about, orientation to and the opportunity for participation in, available and relevant self-help groups
  • Alcohol and substance abuse disease awareness and relapse prevention
  • Clinical support services
  • Discharge Planning
  • Referral

Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00am-8:00pm
