Bids will be received until 3:00pm on November 20, 2009 (Friday), at the Office of the County Attorney, 26 Church St, Lyons, NY 14489. The Bid Form & Terms and Conditions of Sale may be obtained at the Office of Real Property Tax Services located at 16 William St, Lyons, NY 14489. Only bids submitted on the Bid Form provided by the County will be considered. Picture and Description of each parcel will be available For inspection at the Office of Real Property Tax Services at 16 William St in Lyons from 9:00am – 12:00 noon and 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, except Holidays. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The sale of the Property is subject to 2009 Village Tax if applicable and 2009-2010 School Tax
