Families and Communities Together (FACT): FACT is an interagency initiative designed to assist families of children who are having difficulty in their home, school, or community; who have numerous complex needs; or who are not making adequate progress despite multiple agency involvement. FACT currently targets children in grades K through 8 in nine school districts throughout Wayne County. The program is a direct service provided by the Wayne County Youth Bureau.
